Our food is delivered via our drivers using temperature controlled cool bags or boxes during transit to ensure you food arrives safely chilled.
Yes, our macros are labelled on each meal and available online under each meals description.
We deliver to Renfrewshire, Glasgow, Inverclyde and Kilmarnock. For further afield deliveries please contact us to ask about shipping.
Meals should be stored in the fridge. They will last for 4 days.
Yes, you can also freeze our meals for up to 30 days. However, we recommend fresh over frozen for taste and quality.
